About

The passion for painting and drawing at an early age you configure the banner of a lively and intense attention to the aesthetic aspects of reality.
Passion that I have deepened through study, research, experimenting with different techniques.
My artistic career is marked by a neo-expressionism and the color builds the sign recognizable style and highlights the strong and decisive stretch.
My works are born from the synthesis developed in a time shorter or longer path. Their characteristics have valences of research on issues related to interiority, the meanings of the universality of human aspects.
The directory of images represent the world around me in its many facets, always interpreted through the filter of emotion.
The theme is the relationship between man and woman, Nature-An individual, a dualism that demonstrates the need for continuous dialogue between rationality and emotion, figuration and abstraction, archaic and contemporary, but always in a clear vision, autonomous personnel.
Through the image I try to open a window on the flow of sensations, memories, materializing the emotions, to give body to the suggestion of timeless moments.
Painting is the medium that allows me to process this alchemical process, is the space where color and shape become emotions, images, figures open to an infinite symbolic reading.
The story, released from any academic, is represented with intense color tones of the richness of pastels or oil paints or pigments of the indelible mark of pencils, charcoal, sanguine, or the transparency of watercolors or the incisiveness of the design.
Hands and body, gesture and soul, ephemeral and ever come together in a creative synthesis that seems to take an eternity of time without end.
My painting, while maintaining a voltage introspective, welcomes the dialectic between the abstract and the figurative, the intersection of the sphere and the symbolic narrative.
The survey painted crosses into other fields, the contamination of other living forms of expression, such as fashion, interior design, determining affinities, connections, points of contact with my art, played with my style, my palette of colors and personal techniques.
As a composer, assemble, mix constantly my notes, I give unexpected sound the same forever stamps with different tonal variations
With "The Art of Art Wear" clothing creates works painted on interpreting them as a "place" suitable for expressing unconventional conventional art. The suit "has" the body as a fantastic work on the move only to the colors that create the shape of the depth of tonal relationships, the geometries, with the colors, produce changes in shape through the movement of the body.
"The Art Wear Art" is "Alchemy" line of jewelry that comes from the interpretation of shapes, combinations, color shades. Copper, in the search for new formal solutions, replacing precious metals, creating sophisticated geometries to wear. Original creations in which determines the color and represents the correspondence between the pictorial language and that applied to the shape and material that identifies it.

"... Whether it is the color of the object or instrument of his painting, or if the color is only an excuse, the pretext of the idea is that we can verify by reading his works. New, modern, advanced, with images that are not images as ideas, with compositions that are not feeling the figures, with pictorial representations that are not landscapes or still lifes, because the expression of a mind that even with the colors tend toward the philosophy that poses a fundamental principle of inspiration Cartesian thought in the life ... "(P. De Giosa)

"... The pictorial narrative of Milla develops into an intense chromaticism, research aimed at developing the human, in forms as soon overshadowed, sometimes elusive, but always composed with an inner discipline that allows you to easily slip into calligraphic ..." (R . Lovascio)

"... I'm interested in the fabric of the page. And Milla has many pages to tell, a language with simple, accessible and flowing. His painting is a kind of song: the landscape, figure, flowers, still lifes. Colors impetuous. There is no grace in his paintings and even indulgence towards that which can be sweetened and fatuous. The sign is always safe. Almost driven, supported and guided by a mysterious hand. Far and impalpable. A passionate painter, colorist, Milla, with its air almost distracted, and sleepwalking out of balance, to which the nonchalance (more apparent than real) gave the gift that not everyone has: that of simplicity ... "(M: Calabrese)

"... The first impression they gave me his paintings was the firm, often painful, with which the artist seeks its own solutions, even those most intimately and subtly poetic, even those most closely autobiographical, never to depart from secular language of images. From painful conquest of shapes and colors. Milla, in short, has to make an interior, rich and vivid, which can not be tempted to give her informal. Abandonment to the music purely chromatic combinations. From the "mood" released by the counterpoint of reality ... "(G. Fusco) "

And here's where the canvas on the easel, the discourse of our world hints at first signs of expression, rarefied harmonies and sudden crop up in the contemplation of space, something memorable moves our thinking, it encourages them to go through sequences of a nuanced intimate ideal passion, listening to voices never dormant existence of their civilization. Comes a poignant and happy conversation between the artist and color, a close relationship develops between the interpretation of lyrics and the scans do not forget the matter that hides and confesses his tireless attempt to repeat the harmony of creation, to touch, least, the urgency to be. Milla has its own poetic world. The canvas is her testimony, the color of his profession of faith ... "(U. Franzolini)

"... The spell of a deep emotion is evident in all his pictures: poetic poise of a classical painting, mastery of a hand-line while keeping in mind of a contemporary painting does not give way to frantic calls of a modernism, to deviations the true concept of Art ... "(A. Manuppelli)

"... As you enter the gallery, you are attacked by violent color sweet Milla, with its predominance of red and flesh-colored in all shades from the more substantial the more tender: the color space that creates volume fades surface design, describes it circumscribes enhances each of the faces of a woman who besiege you without ever winking, terribly proud and thoughtful, even when no concessions expression and attitude leave no doubt be read as abandoning soft-sensual-even self-love, desire, dream, ecstasy. These women individually and together say a state of solitude, alone as there are monads in the tide of being, or perhaps not, and indeed on closer inspection, are projections of a single woman, real almost palpable, so much so that the canvas almost breathe, yet only seen pictures in the mind, endless multiplication of a single living matter, his own, and looked almost infinite sequences represented in a single stream of life a hundred times, at once real and imaginary, real and dreamlike, As the enchanted atmosphere of the landscapes seen before in the dream than in reality .. "(M. Marcone)

"... His paintings are like chapters of a novel. They are fragments of a long and unified story. Closely with the technical experience to the limits of chromatic Milla tells the story superbly. But it is not invented. It 'a record of events ... "(F. Grisi)
