I’ve always been interested in social communications and images as a support. In the relentless search for new stories and new projects to be told, I use photography as a means of expression. I define myself as a documentary photographer, working with the knowledge and tools this kind of photography requires, using different techniques and challenging creativity.
Pinhole photography dates back to the basics of the dark chamber (camera obscura). This is accomplished with a very primitive technique in this field. It only requires a tiny hole called pinhole, a dark chamber and sensitive material as support to record the image. At this point, what I try to do is to lose control, breaking the rules, experimenting. I have handmade each of the cameras I use, looking for new formats and different effects. Each of the images reflects moments my eyes could not get, buy my camera did.
