Antonio Dulcidio was born in Portugal and studied Art in the National Society of Fine Arts. He is the founder and director of the Open Gallery Network.

2011 - TITLE OF HONOUR and Honorary Member of the Academy of Arts and Letters of Boituba, Brasil, with the seat assignment n. 40.
2010 - Awarded the HONORABLE MENTION GRADE BRONZE (4th place) in the "PICTOREMAS" exhibition with the painting "Twilight in the Douro River".
2009 - National Bronze Medal received for the work "Ladybug II" at "39e Salon-Concours International, de L' Académie Européenne des Artes" in Belgium (Gembloux).
2008 - International Bronze Medal received for the work " Survive in Senegal" at the "38e Salon-Concours International, de L' Académie Européenne des Artes" " in Belgium (Gembloux).
