I am a mixed media artist working with collage, printmaking and paint. I received my MFA and BFA from California Institute of the Arts in the mid seventies where I studied Graphic Design and Photography. My work has been commissioned for murals, books, magazines, fabrics and packaging designs. In 1984, I was one of 12 artists chosen to create a poster for the Summer Olympic Games in Los Angeles. In the mid 80's I followed my other passion and focused on Architectural Design. After a 25 year absence creating art, in 2008 I returned to my love of collage and printmaking and have been blending my two visual loves happily ever since. I currently work in studio using a press making mono prints. There I create original and limited edition prints which I like to layer and paint. I am always attracted to images that are graphic, simple and have humor and beauty.
