One word best describes my style - eclectic. I love diversity and it shows in my pursuit of different artistic mediums. I am the proverbial, "Kid in a Candy shop"... having a wonderful time playing!

Photography is personal to me ... intimate at times. I focus on the senses and the feelings that infuse life into our personalities. Diversity calls my name. I enjoy photography at it's most seductive ... when it tells me a story and I want to listen. I search for moments that portray not only the introspective, poignant and beautiful elements of life, but life's energy and enthusiasm. I want to awaken the “eye of the beholder” to a different perspective - the odd and unusual viewpoint, and sometimes the familiar and comfortable joins in. My goal is to create photographs that make people smile, laugh, and think about how amazing life is!

An innate love of design and color, coupled with a strong sense of curiosity, has propelled me into the art of collage and acrylic painting. Freehand designs, geometric figures, words, strong colors, found objects - all play a role in my work. I love the sense of adventure when playing with a new idea or concept. Contemporary art seems to be my viewpoint. I plan to incorporate assemblage into my repertoire, as I have been hoarding away little oddball bits and pieces for many years, and now, I'm finally opening the treasure box!
