About

A Toronto commercial photographer for over 25 years and a native of the Azores, Joseph has earned an enviable reputation as the photographer of choice for many of Canada’s most successful corporations. With an illustrious client list that includes The Hockey Hall of Fame, TVOntario, The Sports Network, Bell Canada, CISCO Systems, and Seneca College, among others, he is equally adept in studio or on location. As well, his photographs have appeared in such publications as the Toronto Sun, Muzik, Etc, and The Jazz Report. Working in both colour and black and white, his photographs depict his love of composition, drawing the eye to the interplay of light, colour and shadow.

A member of the Canadian Association of Professional Image Creators (CAPIC),
he has served as a consultant and teacher for myriad CAPIC events, sharing his expertise in digital imaging techniques with other photographers.
