Born 1958 in Sweden.
Work mostly as a painter, with graphic art and drawings.
To express my will to live is the motor that drives me as an artist. My early years on the isle land with its wide ocean vistas and its expanses of heath were key components in forming my outlook on the world. Equally important is my deep belief that ultimately, darkness must give way to light.
As an artist I go my own way. I rely on my instinct to guide me as to what techniques or media I employ. A sense of play and spontaneity is to me just as important as being able to take one step back and resume my work in a more conventional manner. Of paramount importance is the freedom to be able to follow my inner voice without external demands, so that I can say exactly what I mean in my art.
