Hello, my name is Emma Grzonkowski.Painting is my passion, and it has always been my dream to be an artist.I studied Fine art and Graphic design at the University of Chester, and graduated in November 2009. I had my first solo exhibition within the same month as I graduated, at Castle Galleries in Chester.My work is an evolving journey of emotions, which is sparked from trauma i experienced during my second year at University. In searching for reasons, answers and solace, I turned to the only thing which i felt could not be taken away from me, my painting. Each piece represents feelings and states of being, reflecting my quest to find inner peace.My work comes from the heart, and is truly soulful.Enjoy x
