Cornelia Jensen has exhibited her work and curated exhibitions for over thirty years. Her work ranges from landscape painting to found-object assemblage. She introduced light sculptures and installations in 2009 at a solo exhibition at art.les.nyc.studios in New York. She received her MFA from California College of the Arts in 2008. In San Francisco, Jensen created venues for art and film, curated art and multi-media events, and worked on independent films. In 1987, she received a BA in Philosophy from Haverford College and studied at the Syracuse University Studio Art Program in Florence, Italy. She graduated with honors in Art from The Masters School in 1983 and received the Linda Wyatt Chissell Award. Her work has been exhibited and is in private collections in the United States, Europe and Korea. Jensen was born in 1965. She currently lives in Brooklyn and works as a painter and lighting designer.
