Brought up in the land of Upstate New York. The world of bright quick falls, long deep winters and slow sagging summers. Between Canada and the Great City, there the people live in slow quiet appreciation for the simple things in life. The vibrate colors that stand in fall and the silent color of snow. Moving to Colorado, seeing a different beauty that is only held in the dead of night or in the near blindness of sunshine. These combined with mental frustration, an intense fascination of color and detail is shown in the Abstract Expressionism of each piece.
