Frank Hohmann’s photographic area is the photography of industry and architecture.
He produces photos out of the area of classic industry-and architecture photography, object photography, panorama photography, available –light and night photography.
Notably he is specialized on extreme lighting conditions of available-light and night photography.
Till this day results out of it a photography, which constitutes far in excess the country frontiers of the Ruhrgebiet landscapes and architecture in a fascinating way.
Inspired through light, color and shapes results unique atmospheres. So he leads the observer out of the daily grind.

“Pictures between reality and surreality.”
You can see his Pictures as a permanent exhibition in Duisburg-Ruhrort. There, where the Ruhrgebiet begins, he has directed chosen his “place of location.”
Since 2006 he works as a self employed photograph and is member in a collective of profession photographs of the Niederrhein.
He takes pictures since more than 30 years and has acquired his knowledge as an autodidact.
His pictures are published in famous fine art publisher, exhibitions and art exhibitions till to the close-by foreign country, diverse reports in different magazines, newspapers and internet.

He honorary produces pictures in a special edition for the citizen club Duisburg-Mündelheim.
Publications of exclusive and limited prints in the “collectors edition” by te Neues Epson digigraphy artists, limited series of pictures with the Epson-Digigraphy cachet in the Epson gallery.

Frank Hohmann,
sein fotografisches Fachgebiet ist die Industrie- u. Architekturfotografie.

Er fertigt Fotos aus dem Bereich der klassischen Industrie- u. Architekturfotografie, Objektfotografie, Panoramafotografie, Available-Light- und Nachtfotografie. Insbesondere hat er sich auf extreme Lichtverhältnisse der Available-Light-Fotografie und Nachtfotografie spezialisiert.

Bis heute resultiert daraus eine Fotografie, die weit über die Grenzen des Ruhrgebietes hinaus Industrie- u. Architekturlandschaften in einer faszinierenden Weise darstellt.

Inspiriert durch Licht, Farbe und Formen entstehen einzigartige Stimmungen. So führt er den Betrachter aus dem grauen Alltag heraus.

Seit 2006 arbeitet er als freischaffender Fotograf und ist Mitglied im Verband der Berufsfotografen Niederrhein. Er fotografiert seit mehr als 25 Jahren und hat sein Wissen als Autodidakt angeeignet.

Veröffentlicht werden seine Bilder bei namhaften Kunstverlagen, Ausstellungen und bei Kunstmessen bis ins benachbarte Ausland, div. Berichten in verschiedenen Zeitschriften, Zeitungen und Internet. Aufträge aus dem Industrie- u. Architekturbereich. Ehrenamtlich fertigt er Bilder in Sonderauflage für den Bürgerverein Duisburg-Mündelheim.
