Description: My painting depicts change and in this case, the evolution of the flesh. I am trying to show how the human face is in a constant state of change; everything is in a state of flux. Despite the ageing process the creative artist survives.

This work reflects my pagan beliefs and my empathy with the natural world, particularly trees. The background surrounds of the painting are integrated into sections of the face as if the human face becomes as one with nature.
