Art Description

3 tons of red concrete hit the ground with great impact. This monumental sculpture is up for display at two different locations in Sweden. Sundsvall and Halmstad. Cubes was first exhibited at Marsvinsholms sculpture park 2009.

Technique: The cubes were made with the kind help from Triodev Entrepenad AB in Kungsängen. Each cube is solid cast concrete. Weight vaires from 200 kg (440 ponds) to 450 kg (1000 pounds). The total weight is approximately 3 tons (6600 pounds).
