About The Artwork
Using the lost-wax casting method, the sculptures in the Movement series are first sculpted in sheet wax before being cast in bronze. The forms explore the versatile movement that can be found within a flat plane. The cast bronze sculptures are then machine polished and finished with hand-painted highlights before being coated in polyurethane to maintain the reflective surface.
