This etching (techniques of intaglio and aquatint) is a fantasy narrative depicting the biblical story of The Tower of Babel. I used an oil-based printer’s ink (color is a mixture of my own creation mixed with dried metallic copper pigment) on Rives BFK white paper (100% natural fibers) from France. The paper/print size is sixteen inches high by fifteen inches wide (40.6 cm x 38.1 cm, torn edges); image size (size of the zinc plate I etched) is twelve inches high by nine inches wide (30.5 cm x 23cm); the frame size is 26” by 20” (approx. 67 cm by 51 cm). My price does not include shipment or insurance during shipment; shipment costs vary and depend upon destination and mailing method.
