Media: blended oil-based etching inks (Charbonnel brand form France) on French RivesBFK Cream printmaking paper; chine collé uses Thai Unryu Brand mulberry bark paper and methyl cellulose.
This etching is from my series entitled MYSTERIOUS PLACES/SACRED SPACES. The actual visual is taken from a work in The Library of Congress [Washington, DC - Photochrom Prints, Prints and Photographs Collection; (Call Number: LOT 13418, no. 234 [item] [P&P] ) ] which was executed in 1890 and published in 1900. It demonstrates my work in geometric form, color, and photographic-line-tension.
