This etching (intaglio, aquatint, and dry point) has two editions: on using Stonehenge paper from the UK (black) and one using Rives BFK (white). Each edition has only ten prints each in it; the prints, as all of my etchings, are hand done and obtained by using a professional printing press (roller type, non-electric manual feed). I used both hard and soft grounds on a zinc plate, which measured 25.5cm high by 20.3cm wide; the paper size measures 38 by 29cm. The images was inspired by Goya's painting, WITCHES SABBATH, and is part of my series called, DREAM NATIONS. I intend to reserve three of each print in this series to produce a hand-made and bound artist's book. Medium: Oil-based printer's ink on Stonehenge black paper (UK). Frame is 16 x 20".
