To wake up at 5 a.m. in the high deserts of the United States, drive slowly, climb slowly, prepare slowly in the freezing winds, find a stable spot and wait for the master of all "Light" to deliver its magnificent show is one of the most energizing, exciting things I do. To me this is the best reward a day can give - a passing loud cloud that changes the tones and light, a hole that delivers another angle to find more magic, more majestic views... the panoramas and solitude are so elevating, the light is so dominant and essential to capture of any visual that I am in total awe at these times. I live for this; because as I accumulate these visuals I get to understand better Nature and the magnificent voyage we are part of.
