Materials: wood, pipe, clay, water
Feet to Head involves the artist activating a see-saw of her own construction that is filled with clay water. The red brown water runs through pipes underneath the artist’s body enabling a tipping point between head and feet.
An endurance piece that highlights facets of drowning and resuscitation: the connotations of mixing water from ones feet to ones head. Ideas around balance of the body and mind connected with the Far East are all questioned in this performance.
