I took the title of this painting as the title of my current exhibition "hanging out in history", 1-30 october 2011, Galerie Pinsart, Bruges, Belgium.
because that's what I have been doing during these last 3 years, I examined the history of art, of painting techniques of the old masters to refine my own paintingstyle.
