Art Description

I had noticed this interesting character near my offices on several occasions. He intrigued me because of his interesting face as well as his unusual move.

Each time a car approached he would raise up on his toes and push out his hand a bit.

I gave him a $50. and asked if I could take his picture for a painting. He was happy to pose.
