Art Description

This piece is an experimental piece. I wanted to see if this, when taken out of context, would be recognizable (even to a room full of mountain enthusiasts) as a face of Petit Combin, Verbier, Switzerland. The answer was no. So apparently we need context to recognize a lot of what we know. I love the abstract nature of this piece. Oil on canvas with palette knife
