Art Description

It's not easy if you try. In fact, it's impossible. Lennon has had such a pervasive influence on our culture and will continue to do so. So, in this work, I wanted to raise the challenge (to imagine this world without John Lennon's existence) and to celebrate what the man has given.

The painting reflects an image of the man in his whited out studio, thinly applied oil over black suggests that it could be no-one but him.
