“O, Fitcher’s bird, how com’st thou here?” /
“I come from Fitcher’s house quite near…” /
Fitcher's Bird by The Brothers Grimm/
This macabre story of sisterhood became an inspiration for a painting that I later dedicated to my beloved sister- Monika.

mixed media: oil, acrylic, pencil, charcoal, coloured pencil (red), soft pastel (white, red)
