A reworking of the iconic image of Sharbat Gula, a Pashtun girl. Reflecting on her country's repeated occupation by foreign forces she gazes imperiously at the viewer with a mixture of fierce pride and determination.

Martin Davis Thanks Ken, much appreciated. I've checked out your stuff and absolutely love its sharply defined and contrasting aesthetics. One of my intentions is to bring elements of such an approach into my own work and relate drawn but "unfinished" portions of an image sharply against other more fully worked out areas. Looks like you and others got there before me! anyway keep up the good work.
