This work is part of a series called Unnatural Nature. This body of works is a representation of natural landscapes done by human intervention. Is a critique to the very actual and ‘romantic’ concept of beauty in uncontaminated nature and shows us a Contaminated nature where human intervention and layering creates a totally new nature and depth. Even the choice of paper as medium is part of this view since this material is natural but produced by human kind increasing the complexity and meaning of the whole body of work.
