Art Description

Chapters 3,5,7,9,13 of the Politcal Colombian Constitution that talk about freedom, equal rights and the right to live in peace. Using Braille over paper frame on glass, so that this topics become a uthopia for the sightseeing people and also something unreachable to the blind.
