This piece was created for the exhibition, à ses parents - variations autour de Le Corbusier, held in La maison blanche built by Le Corbusier for his parents. Examing the meaning of giving and counter-giving (Marcel Mauss, «Essai sur don») in a relationship bewteen a child and parents, the vestigae of childhood, and patrimony, I have created a bike for those who can’t ride or bike - specially
for people like myself who have forgotten how to ride a bike - by adding two supporting wheels to an adult-size bike.
