Miriam Hollins Miriam Hollins I love the detailed shadowing of the body and cloth and how the artist has alternated the black and white lines on either side of Venus. Also how the beauty of Venus' face is left to the imagination and the suggestion of her provocativeness with the stance of one knee thrust forward.
