My years looking at the paintings and drawings of great artists comes out, and still what also comes out is Americana, crease cheeked on couches watching the boobtube. flights of fancy seem to partake under the crest of an umbrella, and this image does not disappoint. These angel paintings are elaborations and recombinations of the vernacular.
