These drawings, artifacts of exploration and acts of discovery, are nature-derived abstractions investigating water as both drawing material and inspiration - medium and muse. Favoring traditional media while eschewing brushes, pens, and typical tools, my array of approaches combines mist, ice, rain, saltwater and/or steam with Sumi ink on handmade paper.
