Wayne Sleeth thankyou chai ! chiaroscuro l chose simply for the latin 'light and dark', the french 'clair-obscur'.
As in most of my landscape-based paintings, this ink drawing puts a re-invoked space up to the vertical plane, already offering an abstract potential. The rest is anecdote and accident.
