Art Description

This is a digital blending of a number of things.

The face is from my pencil drawing "Access". The bird on their arms comes from my pencil drawing "The Third Eye" To make their chokers, I took some bangles from my pencil drawing "The Clearing"and then took the jewel from my pencil drawing "The Witness". To give them a finishing touch, I scanned some of my own hair and dropped that in here and there. The background is from an old Erte ad.

Jaeda DeWalt I love the story of how this image came into creation. You are incredibly innovative! For me this hypnotic image transformed into something personal and had a profound affect on me when i first glimpsed it... i'm a fraternal twin and in a strange way, looking at this image is like seeing a snapshot of my dark childhood. Two girls that wanted to find their voice, but couldn't/ But the truth was always hiding in their haunted gaze.
