The cloud thrusting upward means Japanese’ lives.
The two clouds shining red at the upper-left mean the two disasters –Enormous Earthquake in the Northeast Region of Japan and Fukushima Nuclear Power Plant Melt-through Accident-.
The white cloud is once blocked with the red cloud but is going again up to upper-right.
I painted the sequence of these movements as a track of revival.
