Jon Davies was born in 1980 and is a writer and curator based in Toronto. In 2009, Arsenal Pulp Press published his book on Paul Morrissey's film Trash (1970). He has curated numerous screenings and exhibitions including the touring retrospective 'People Like Us: The Gossip of Colin Campbell' (2008) for the Oakville Galleries, where he is currently Assistant Curator, as well as 'Ryan Trecartin: Any Ever' (2010, with Helena Reckitt) and 'Coming After' (2011-12) for The Power Plant Contemporary Art Gallery.
Michael Lentz CATEGORY CANADA. Ok, today, you have to be Canadian! Only Canadians are true artists!! I simply can't accept this poor Art-chauvinism which actually is radically ,deconstructing' the status of what should be a (true) curator. Justification: is this man seriously thinking about organizing an exhibition of the 10 Canadian artists he chose????? Prove it please!!

Jairo And Nicola Like the photograph by Jamie Campbell and the painting by Chris Klein, but like yesterdays collection, it feels a bit lazy and could say so much more about contemporary art.

Julien Corcoran Porisse I felt that the art selected here was very good. Admitedly, the fact that it's all Canadian is a downer. Any good show needs some Internationalisation, just to create more angles and spike or tweek ones eyes-brain-emotions "palette"

I have been offered to join the A. Jain Marunouchi Gallery located in The New York Gallery Building in the middle of Manhattan, which is a great chance to get especially because I have not had luck with Danish galleries.
There is an acceptance fee of 2,000,- us dollars therefore I thought if you could check out my Saatchi portfolio and hopefully buy a painting, so i can afford to pay the admission fee. It would mean a lot!
Thank you in advance! Best wishes Hans

My journey in art continued and I evolved a style of art that has minimal gap in feeling and expression. Rapidity and quickness of expression in my art comes from the well of inner spirituality. My art is not planned, thought-out and cerebral it is based
