Cristy Catherine Corso continues to win numerous awards and is an internationally published artist in several books & magazines. Cristy continues to evolve as an as an artist for the past 20 years.
She continues to build assemblage, oil & acrylic paint and recently is experimenting integrating digital photography. She also seemingly weaves her visual artistry within her creative writing efforts that have also gained awards and recognition.

Corso Gallery & Studio is beginning to become an umbrella for not only her work but other creatives and collections with in many genres. Brio Creative Concepts is also a separate start-up Cristy created years back which has merged into delegating some of her most talented network of creative’s, producing creative events to help the arts & business stay creative.
Her work has already built quite a following and has been well received in purchase and collecting. It has been top selling and influential at charity & fund raising events for causes and continues to add to the humanitarian aspects and understanding of life through the arts.
Cristy is a team player creator and proactive visionary. Cristy is currently on the brink of launching a progressively told visual narrative entitled "An American Maze" project. The storytelling, which is scheduled to be told via eBooks, limited edition published books, and a group touring of original work nationally throughout the US. This collective collection of storytelling is based much on her often comedic and yet tragic art in a verity of times, true life experiences which, artistically, offers several mind bending fictional twists. She incorporates many current known artists & contemporaries within her generation.
Cristy has had a multitude of life experiences where the interesting events and nouns have gave birth to the vibrancy of work and the projects that surround it & surprise many on how she can manifest her ideas into reality. Perhaps it was her managing teams for IBM during the first web hosting server farm outside of Chicago at nineteen and over four years after. Her respect of art history and the purism of realism and abstract painting, which she began studying at an early age privately, within prominent art schools within Chicago, and then later attending Parson The New School in NYC, has served her well.
She had also attended a school for business when working at places like IBM at 19 where she received a master’s certificate from George Washington University in Washington DC.
Privately, she has studied and shown her work under several accomplished artists such as Robert & Julie Amrany, a couple responsible for several renowned paintings and work such as the Michael Jordan sculpture at the United Center -- Chicago, Illinois.
Currently Cristy is focusing on exhibiting her well received work and growing in popularity. Corso within fine art photography and digital endeavors capturing this digital era. This captures award winning originals which are often layered with oil/acrylic paint once printed to canvas. Cristy has worked in front of, at an earlier age as model under contact, and behind the camera for magazines -- some Vogue affiliates.
This has helped her organize her own private studio of photography concepts & several series of fine art.
