About

I was born in New York and very much part of the peace and love baby boomer generation. I think my whole life has been spent enjoying the unfolding of a woman's strength and sensual side.

Anima/Amimus, the painting for the showdown was a turning point very early in my life. It depicts the essence of everything beautiful and ethereal about the male/female nature and energy.
And of love.
Location
NEW YORK, United States
Education
I studied at the High School of Art and Design, the sister school to Music and Art which was made famous by "Fame". There we learned to dance with our pens, pencils and brushes instead of our feet.
I then went on to FIT to study fashion, Hunter College to eaen a B.A. in Psycology and Fina Art. I aslo attended The Arts Students League.
I was voted "Best In Show" at Hunter Arts Gallery, had several exhibits there as well as designing textiles for top designers such as Oscar de la Renta and Calvin Klien. ,

Future Shows: I will be in two shows:
October 10th only at "IMAGINE" a group show at THE CELL 338 West 23rd Street in New York.
I will also take part in the Garment District Arts Festival with an open Studio where most of the work here can be seen and purchased.
After twenty years of designing prints for the top designers on 7th Avenue I have now turned more towards a personal expression of my art. It ia a very personal turning of life's pages and a journey I look forward to sharing.
