I am currently a student enrolled in Fullerton College, doing my major in Arts/ Graphic Designing. I would like to give you a brief introduction into my life as a graphic designer. As I started my studies I thought and focused my attention to becoming a programmer or IT engineer; and therefore enrolled in a Bachelor’s Degree in Information Technology in Sri Lanka (BIT). In 2006 during the same time as my studies; I began looking for work and I stepped into the world wide advertising giant Saatchi & Saatchi. I was given a job inside the company as Junior Art Director/ Illustrator working side by side with a senior Art Director. I worked in Saatchi & Saatchi from 2006 to 2008 and during this time I found a deep creative side of me; the more I explored it the deeper it went, and through out this time that I have been working for the company I found my self in a position in which I was addicted, and deeply drawn in to amazingly creative and unpredictable and universe of advertising which empowered an unprecedented height of uniqueness to each project that we undertook .
