Future Shows: Work in Progress: Currently, and for the last few years, I have been working on a project with the provisional title of Common Faces/Common Places. The work captures the subjects, portraits of people, in their cities and towns, streets as they interact with their surroundings / their environment and go about their daily lives. Where the images have been taken and who the subject may be is irrelevant to small the snippet of their lives I gather and grab, and they could be anywhere in our muticulural society where it is a franchise strewen street or a tired and forgotten back lane. Land: August 2005, Tigh Fili Gallery, McCurtain St. Cork. Four man group show. Featuring two artists and two photographers each bringing their subjective vision on the landscape together merging the form of landscape with urban social landscape to a cathartic image of the land and what it represents.

Second Cities: November 2007. Kosice, Slovakia. Group show taking in photographers from European second cities, the work and images convey each artist’s subjective vision of living their home country’s second largest city.
