I was born 21.07.1956 in Daugavpils, Latvia. Since 1998 live and work in Germany.

My focus is on the "COLOURLIFE of the SOUL": the man with his dramas, desires, emotions, dreams and ideas takes center stage in my paintings. As in real life, actual things and pragmatism mix up with fantasy, feelings, invisible things.
By painting I try to show the person and his communication with self and his environment. So esthetics for me always has a psychological dimension.
To visualize this "COLOUR of the SOUL" I like to experiment with materials and technigues.
Paintings: oils, acrylic, water-colours, mixed-technigues.
