Morgan is one of Irelands most innovative artists, based in Dublin. His distinctive form of art is inspired by his everyday environment and the people he meets along the way, as well as being influenced by the escapism of film and cinematography. His work is primarily in acrylic, although he also creates digital prints mixing traditional photography techniques with illustrations as well as mixed media works combining digital prints on canvas. His first exhibition was illustration and photography based and generated a considerable interest and it set down a marker of a new artistic talent on the Dublin scene. Combining the techniques of traditional painting with elements of graphic design, Morgan’s creative mind and hard work generates a distinctive style of work.

Morgan then made the decision to quit his full time graphic design job with Digi:CC where he worked on some interesting stuff, notably U2 and other big music projects. He then committed himself 100% to his Art by setting up his own company; M.E (Morgan Enterprises) which enables him to work full time on creating new artworks and selling them through his website www.morgan.ie which helps promote his original prints & paintings that have been exhibited and some that are exclusive to Morgan.ie. The website has been very successful in the last year it has received thousands of daily hits from around the world allowing him to sell his art both nationally and internationally. Despite setting up his own design company Morgan has also taken part in further exhibitions at home with the Nixon Art Mosh in Dublin, London, France and Vancouver where he exhibited original paintings and print illustrations.

Back at home, Morgan was also asked to contribute to the ‘Kings of Concrete’ live street and contemporary art exhibition in Dublin city for 2 years in a row. He was also approached by Autism Ireland for a third year following from the success of 2007 and 2008 when they used Morgan’s print and design work as the primary artwork for Autism Irelands marketing identity resulting in nationwide advertising print campaigns.
