The subject of my work is painting itself.
Themes can be: the atelier or exhibition room, concerning subjects of art history, actual proceedings at the art market or the colour itself in miniature-landscapes composed of oil-paint like "Colourado" and others.
Important is the execution, the energy and concentration which is imanent and shown in a painting – it is result and an object of meditation.
