About

My passion for Art began in her early years in Kiev, Ukraine where I was born and raised. I thus exposed to impressive work of old schoolmasters and contemporary European artists.
Although academically I was trained as an Economist and worked in a Financial sector, I kept my passion for Beauty and Art. After immigrating to Toronto, Canada, I pursued my Artistic training at the International Academy of Design and later attended various Art classes at George Brown College, Central Technical School of Art, OCAD and Japanese Canadian Cultural Centre in Toronto.
As an artist, I explore various painting techniques and mediums as well as Japanese Sumi-e painting (Ink and wash on rice paper), Ikebana flower arrangement and Artistic photography.
I create a unique blend of paintings of Ikebana based on mixing different styles.
