CREATION OF A PICTURE - through an integral vision of arts, sciences and new technologies


All our empirical knowledge is seeking a mathematical confirmation with precise measurements and counts. To measure means to establish a common unit in homogeneity of the quantitative order. Measurements are part of our experiences and daily activities. Envisioning limits, linear and nonlinear prospectives, symmetry, super symmetry and geometrical esthetics through time and light allows us to comprehend the wholeness in differences. The science gallops forward, establishing new prospective, new structure - and the arts are to follow that process in their own paradigm.

This work shows the nucleus of the interdisciplinary approach indicating dynamics between art and science. The art and epistemological theory are link between the reality and idea, represented by language and image. This is a research of the structural relationship of the truth through different approaches to the development of science. The mathematical relationship in space and time creates universal system, which represents any object of any level of complexity (macro or micro cosmos).

In this work I am trying to reach the structural intuition about the truth conceived in an image and by this mean to form a broken link between empirical and epistemological. I am neither a scientist nor philosopher, I am an artist who is trying to articulate this complex subject through an image. I would like to explore the role of scientific theories through the use of language of geometry and to be an observer who thinks about nature of reality and whose final goal is the establishment of values for the new media of artistic expression (internet, multimedia, virtual picture).

The study of an image shows it conntains a metric system of particles with structural affinity between visual truth and epistemological analysis, about space and time and light, light particles and crystals of the sun light. In images we search for the lost rainbow light, which is never quite reached. The pictures are built by the units of physics, mathematical symbols and measurements, the signs of euclid and non euclidean hyperbolic geometry which describes largeness of cosmos, the effect of relativity and the deflection of light.

It is rare to find a person who does research outside of his or her domain, but not unheard of. An adventure like this requires a careful observer and such were Leonardo da Vinci, Durer, Klee, Picasso, artists and scientists who are trapped in dilemma between a circle and a polygon.
