The importance of art as an educational tool and mediator between the findings of the viewer about the subject tackled by the artist and the artist's own assessment as an author: I have taken the path of social self-discovery as a woman and over time I have come to develop a critical look at cultural device created and linked to a signifier: My own gender.
My work primarily is an invitation to reflect on what we want to achieve as women, what we like about our womanhood, and what we accept as our own socio-cultural relations. Exposing the viewer a perspective of their own, through materials such as oil, bronze lost wax technique, glass, aluminum, copper, resin, etc., giving my personal opinion through a visual language, calling to make a reflection on those regulations and ways to feel and act our sexuality
