My name's Iñaki Crespo from Bilbao in Spain. I am now based in Radcliffe On Trent, United Kingdom, where I have my studio. My first attempts where when I was 7 years old and three porcelain clowns attracted my attention and I decided to paint them one by one on canvas. My work has experienced a huge transformation and I have been through a variety of periods, techniques and styles. I have had exhibitions in Spain, mainly in Bilbao. Later in 1996 I took the challenge of coming to United Kingdom, which I always found inspirational. I have sold my work to private collectors, institutions and I have done commission work as well.
I located to Granada, southern Spain in 2007 where I continued painting and also taught drawing and painting to children and people in the local area.
