Born in New York, grew up in West Hollywood (WeHo), Californa.My artistic ambitions took an unexpected detour when a return trip to New York launched me into an International Modeling career. This gave me access to extensive travels & introduced me to the Worlds cultures, sights, and artists, which kept my passion for art alive. I never remember a time that I wasn't painting.
"HEAR WITH YOUR EYES" is how I see my artwork. They are my 'Shout Outs'(soap box),having something to say and wanting to be heard. Bold,rich story telling with a strong sense of purpose. I use color as my subject, texture as my message or statement, and scale as my conviction. I have total disregard for the "traditional" stylistic progression. I never want to limit my range of ideas and materials, or silence my inner self. My truth is my art.

Art work: Museums permanent collections: "Those People" Installation of 35 original oils at the Virginia Holocaust Museum is a permanent exhibit. It is a very powerful collection of painted & real suitcases, with my family members names on them (a generation lost, nameless no more).They were all killed in the holocaust. This is an artistic tribute to them, but it is the raw emotion of their story thru these canvas which makes it a compelling experience.
" Flight, Training Wheels and Wings", at the Air & Space Museum/San Diego is in the Museums permanent collection. Education wing, exploring flight by telling the story in an way that allows your own imagination to soar.
