The artist of the Neue Berliner Schule wants to reach the viewer with her concrete messages in her pictures, wants to inspire, to touch and maybe also to provoke.
She chooses her subjects from personal environment, social everyday life, nature and furthermore from religious topics.

Characteristic for Blueaquins mostly figurative artworks and besides her artistic professionalism, is the expressive figuration and again and again the colour Blue as a symbol for harmony and kindness.
Simultaneously, she defines the message of her artworks via a wide spectrum of used stylistic devices like oil and acrylic paint, classical and experimental mixed techniques and collages.

In Blueaquins special way of open painting, almost always the colour of the subsoil shines through. In this way, and as the painter has provided, the light can shine through, what makes her pictures almost aerial and transparent.
