Blayney-Paul Foster
About
Blayney 'Paul' R. Foster grew up in Morgan Hill, California, fourteen miles south of Silicon Valley. He attended the University of California, Davis, from which he graduated with a BA in art studio and philosophy in 1991. In 1995 he earned his MFA in painting and drawing from the California College of Arts and Crafts in Oakland (now California College of the Arts).
