Born in Ireland 1987. Lives and works in Dublin Ireland.

My work is based around my personal interests and understandings of particular subcultures, how we choose to identify and portray ourselves as individuals. At the moment my focus is on looking at: punk and black metal music culture, freak/sideshow performances, tattoo, piercing and body modification, general body alteration and many famous icon’s that stem from these subcultures.
I like the idea of making the underdog or misfit of society an icon. There is no better way to do this than painting a huge portrait of this social reject. Maybe in ways I wish to reform the identity of the socially unacceptable.
